Fire officials say a propane leak caused the blast. McIntosh County Emergency Management says there were 11 tanks total inside the building and two small tanks ruptured.

Now, the families are suing Ram, Inc, and W.E. Allford Propane, Inc., claiming negligence that lead to the explosion.

Each family is asking for at least $75,000 in damages.
