COFFEYVILLE, Kansas - Coffeyville Police are looking for witnesses after they say a young woman shot a man in the foot. It happened at about 5:20 p.m. July 8, 2013.

Officers were called to the 1700 block of South Elmwood Drive after getting a call about a shooting. They found 42-year-old Bryan Mathew Twitchell with a gunshot wound to his left foot.

Several hours later, police arrested Jessica Deeann Morgan, 24, on complaints of aggravated battery and criminal discharge of a firearm in Twitchell's shooting, according to Chief of Police Tony Celeste.
