'Suspicious Device' A Hoax in Downtown Tulsa

Tulsa police say someone could face felony charges after setting up a box to look like a bomb.

A woman saw the box in a parking area near 11th and Denver just after 5 a.m. Tuesday. Police blocked off streets in the area while the bomb squad x-rayed the device.

It turned out to be a hoax, but officers say someone intentionally set it up to look like a bomb and even wrote the word "pow" on the outside.
