Tulsa Mom Charged In Daughter's Drowning Turns Herself In

A Tulsa mother charged in her 1-year-old daughter's death turned herself in to police Thursday.

Makayla Rhotenberry, 21, faces second-degree manslaughter charges in the girl's drowning.

An affidavit says she left her two young girls alone in the bathtub when she went to check on dinner.

Rhotenberry came back and found her youngest face down and dead in the water.
