A Tulsa County judge handed down a prison sentence to an Owasso man who pleaded guilty in May to a 2010 deadly hit and run.

Geoffrey Miller, 30, was charged with first-degree manslaughter and leaving the scene of an accident.

Police say Miller was driving on Highway 169 at 46th Street North when he hit a man who was crossing the highway. Miller drove on to Owasso, where police pulled him over and arrested him.
