Deputies Capture Wagoner County Man In Possible Kidnapping

Wagoner County deputies have captured a man they believe kidnapped his estranged wife Monday. A tip led authorities to arrest Jason Lynch near a park located in his wife's housing addition.

Lynch, 40, was taken into custody at about 10 a.m. without incident, according to Major Gary Handler with the Wagoner County Sheriff's Office.

The wife, Mara Lynch, was apparently taken against her will during a domestic dispute. There was an outstanding misdemeanor warrant out for her husband Jason's arrest.

She returned home safely.
