Tulsa Police Arrest OKC Couple On Human Trafficking Complaints

The Tulsa Police Vice Unit arrested an Oklahoma City residents on human trafficking complaints.

Jail records show police arrested Ronald Spivey, 47, and Kimberly Haven, 25, at 7 p.m. Tuesday, July 30, 2013 outside a restaurant at Admiral and Memorial.

A police report states an officer put an entry on a classified ad web site, then received a text "asking me to go to Florida or Vegas and make money." The officer responded saying he was a 17-year-old female and was "cool with that."

The report says the officer set up a meeting and arrested Spivey and Haven when they arrived.

In the report, Haven told officers "she was recruiting girls to prostitute."

Police booked Spivey and Haven into the Tulsa County jail. Bond for Spivey was $200,000 and for Haven, $100,000.

A court appearance for both is set for August 8.
