Creek County Water District Issues Advisory After Water Tower Leak

A water leak in a Creek County Rural Water District #2 water tower has the district asking 1,100 customers to limit outside watering until further notice.

In a release, the district says the water tower located about 5 miles east of Sapulpa was taken off line as crews make repairs.

Officials say they don't expect any water outages and issued the advisory as a precaution.

The rural water district serves customers in Creek and Tulsa counties.
