Okmulgee Woman Arrested On Murder Complaint In Death Of Husband

An Okmulgee woman is in jail following the stabbing death of her husband.

A 911 call at 8:24 p.m. Wednesday sent Okmulgee County Sheriff's deputies to a reported stabbing at a mobile home park in the 800 block of South Kern.

Deputies found John Rubison, 39, wounded in a mobile home. He was taken to an Okmulgee hospital where he was pronounced dead. 

Deputies arrested Tabitha Rubison, 30, and booked her into the Okmulgee County jail on a second-degree murder complaint.

Sheriff Eddy Rice said the investigation into the incident continues.
