Overnight Storms Dump More Rain Across Central, Northeast Oklahoma

It has been another rainy night across northeastern Oklahoma. The showers have led to some minor flooding in Tulsa early Friday. 

The same storms caused flooding problems in central parts of the state earlier in the night. 

Oklahoma City officials confirmed a 60-year-old man drowned while trying to save his granddaughter from flash flooding near 118th and Barnes in that city at about 1 a.m. 

Police say the rushing water swept the man away.
