Porter Police Looking For Missing 16-Year-Old Girl

Police are looking for a 16-year-old Porter girl, who has been missing since July 30.

Porter Police say Ashly Kym Phillips left with a 20-year-old man named David Joseph Walker, III, and hasn't been heard from since someone talked to her on the phone on August 1. They say she's not been returning calls since then.

Phillips is currently on medication, police say, but did not take her medication or any extra clothes with her.

Her family filed a missing persons report for Phillips. She's described as 5-foot-3, weighing 120 pounds, with bleached blonde hair and blue eyes.

Walker is described as white with brown hair and blue eyes, 5-foot-10 and weighing 167 pounds. Police say he's from the Oktaha area.

Porter Police say Phillips is known to associate with a group, classified by the FBI as a gang, called Juggalos. That's the name adopted by fans of the rap group Insane Clown Posse.
