Actor Gary Sinise Visits OKC To Help Wounded Warrior

Actor Gary Sinise kicked off a campaign to build a new house for Army Staff Sergeant Rusty Dunagan.

He's famous for his role as a wounded soldier in the movie "Forest Gump." But on Wednesday, actor Gary Sinise was in Oklahoma to help a wounded warrior.

Sinise kicked off a campaign to build a new house for Army Staff Sergeant Rusty Dunagan. The Sergeant lost both his legs and his left arm in an IED attack in Afghanistan in 2010.

Sinise says it's time for people to pay it forward.

"We want to give back to people like Rusty who's obviously joined the service to serve his country," said Gary Sinise, Actor. "He's given a lot for his country."
