TULSA, Oklahoma - The gifts Hawthorne Elementary got Friday won't fit in their stockings over the fireplace. And it'll be one students will get to enjoy for years to come - straight from Jolly Old Saint Nick.

Santa Claus and WPX Energy are donating money for new school supplies, a new projector, screen and new uniforms.

But what has everyone really excited is the new track.

"This will be the first time they've had it and hopefully by spring we'll have a track in place and the kids will be running laps," Nancy Gustine of WPX Energy.

The money raised by WPX employees was matched by the company. In total, they raised more than $30,000.
