Tulsa Police: Drinking And Driving Suspected In Fatal Crash

Tulsa police believe drinking and driving played a role in a fatality wreck early Sunday. The two-car crash took place on Highway 75 near 41st Street.

A white Lincoln having car trouble was rear ended by a man driving a gold Chevrolet Suburban.

Police believe the SUV driver was intoxicated at the time of the wreck, according to Tulsa Police Captain Steve Odom.

The man and woman in the sedan and the man in the SUV were all taken to the hospital. The man in the Suburban died.

The people in the other vehicle are expected to recover.
