Tahlequah Women Charged With Murder Of 2-Year-Old Niece

A Tahlequah woman has been charged with first degree murder in the death of a toddler.

Investigators say Delila Pacheco killed her 2-year-old great niece in early December.

The girl was living with Pacheco when she obtained injuries to her liver consistent with blunt force trauma.

Four other children were removed from the home, including a 3-year-old foster child.
