Broken Arrow Police Move Into New Headquarters

The Broken Arrow Police Department's learning its way around its newly renovated headquarters. They've left a 6,000 square foot building for one that's almost tripled in size.

The Broken Arrow Police Department's learning its way around its newly renovated headquarters. They've left a 6,000 square foot building for one that's almost tripled in size.

It gives them a more centralized location off the Broken Arrow Expressway. The new building features interview rooms almost double in size and squad rooms where all officers now have a place to sit.

Corporal Leon Calhoun, of the Broken Arrow Police, said, "We were using some closets as office space that we converted over, so actually having planned rooms and things like that for our personnel is going to be really nice."

The new building even offers space they'll not use not, but as their needs grow along with the city.
