TULSA, Oklahoma - Fire damages two Tulsa homes early Monday.

The first fire occurred in the 8100 block of East 31st Place at about 2 a.m.

The Tulsa Fire Department says four people inside the home made out safely. One person received minor cuts when he jumped through a window to escape the flames.

Firefighters said the cause remains under investigation.

The second fire damaged a vacant home in the 700 block of North Xanthus at about 3:30 a.m.

Fire officials said cause of this fire was under investigation as well.
