Broken Arrow Changes Trash Bag Distribution

The city of Broken Arrow is changing how they distribute trash bags to their refuse customers. According to a news release, due to high traffic at a central distribution location, residents will now be able to get trash bags through participating local merchants.

Broken Arrow has contracted with WasteZero to provide city trash bags, according to the release. It says vouchers will be mailed to customers every April and October. Each mailing will contain four vouchers for a total of 100 bags, four rolls of 25 bags.

Customers no longer are limited to a two week window with limited pick up hours. Now, according to the release, customers can use the perforated vouchers and redeem them when needed.

Vouchers are redeemable one time only, but if a customer needs additional bags, they can be purchased at participating retailers.
