A Coweta-area woman is in Wagoner County Jail after deputies say they caught her stealing a clothes dryer.

Jaclyn Arnold was arrested Monday on a complaint of second degree burglary, according to Major Gary Handley of the Wagoner County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies tracked Arnold down in a field near a house east of Coweta after they got a call of a residential burglary. A K-9 officer seared for a second suspect but was unsuccessful, authorities say.

"It appeared that the suspects were attempting to steal appliances from the residence and had already loaded a clothes dryer into the back of a truck," Handley said in a news release.

Arnold, 28, is awaiting arraignment. Handley said his office is requesting an arrest warrant for her accomplice.
