OSBI: Okmulgee Police Justified In Fatal Shooting

Prosecutors are double checking their facts, but say it looks like Okmulgee police were justified in the shooting that killed James Stutchman.

Stutchman was shot last month. Officers told OSBI that Stutchman sped off when they tried to pull him over, and was holding a gun when he eventually got out of his SUV.

While no charges are expected, the district attorney expects to have a final ruling in a few days.
