TULSA, Oklahoma - A judge set a December 1, 2014 jury trial date for two men charged in the shootings of five people at a Hmong New Year's festival in Tulsa in October 2013.

Boonmlee Lee and Meng Lee are each charged with one count of shooting with intent to kill and five counts of assault and battery with a deadly weapon.

During a court appearance Monday, both men pleaded not guilty to the charges.

The Lees and the five injured are ethnic Hmong from Thailand.

Police say five men were wounded at a private party event at the Tulsa Event Center on east 31st Street.

Both Boonmlee Lee and Meng Lee remain in the Tulsa County jail.
