It may take a few more days before a jury selection begins in the trial of a man accused of sexually assaulting and murdering an elderly Tulsa woman two years ago.

Tyrone Woodfork is charged with the attack on Nancy Strait. Jury selection was expected to begin Monday afternoon, but because of how much is on the judge's docket, it's now expected to start later this week.

Strait was 85 years old when the attack happened during a home invasion. Her husband, Bob Strait, was critically injured in the invasion. He died six weeks later.

The District Attorney's office previously stated that Woodfork will not face the death penalty primarily because of mental limitations.
