Catoosa Police, OSBI Investigating After Body Found At Recycling Plant

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is investigating after the Catoosa Police Department found a body at a recycling plant.

The OSBI says Catoosa Police received a call from National Waste Disposal about a body found among cardboard that had been dropped off.

OSBI agents worked the scene for several hours and said the woman's body was badly decomposed and that investigators found no identification on the body.

They said the body was taken to the Medical Examiner's office in Tulsa to be identified and to determine the cause of death.

OSBI said it's working the case as a "suspicious death" until the ME can provide more information.
