Police Release Name Of Victim In Tulsa's 26th Homicide

Late Monday evening police identified the victim in a deadly stabbing in west Tulsa.

Officers found Wesley Westcott,29, lying dead outside his car Sunday with stab wounds to the back of his neck.

Police arrested Terry Hansen who told them he and Westcott were fighting over a drug deal. Hansen has served time in the Oklahoma Department of Corrections for assault with a deadly weapon, larceny of an auto and other crimes.

Authorities were able to track Hansen and some other people who had been at the murder scene. On Monday, Homicide Sergeant Dave Walker said the investigation may result in more arrests.
