Professional golfer and OSU alum Bo Van Pelt has branched out into gymnastics. While he may not be able to perform some of the routines, what he and his friends can do is provide a first class place for the gymnasts to.

"These are the team girls. They practice in the morning in the summer, later in the day we have different sessions that come in," Van Pelt said.

South County Gymnastics is located in the old Sutherlands location at highway 75 and Main Street in Jenks.

"We wanted to offer a place for girls who are just getting started, as well as team girls," Van Pelt said.

They even have some room to expand.

The girls are from different age groups and competitive levels, most are working on perfecting pieces of routines they will use in competition this next season.

"We didn't want kids getting lost in a pile of 40 girls,” said Van Pelt.

There are enough instructors so students have a chance to learn.

There was even a comfortable area for parents who were waiting, and they all seemed to like the setup.
