Tulsa Woman Pleads Guilty To String Of Walgreens Robberies

<p>A Tulsa woman admitted to robbing two Walgreens stores Friday. Ashley McAnelly pleaded guilty Friday morning to charges of first degree robbery and robbery with a firearm.</p>

A Tulsa woman admitted to robbing two Walgreens stores Friday. Ashley McAnelly pleaded guilty Friday morning to charges of first degree robbery and robbery with a firearm.

McAnelly was one of three people arrested in January and accused of robbing half a dozen Walgreens.

Police said McAnelly and her sister Deidra, along with Jason Bruner, would take turns going into stores, implying they had a gun, and demanding pain killers.

McAnelly will be sentenced on August 28th. Her sister Deidra and Bruner are schedule to be back in court later this month.
