Wagoner County deputies say they have made an arrest in a weekend burglary.

In custody are Jordan Lee Ferrel, 21, and Tomatoa Rudy Avea Jr., 22, both of Wagoner.

Two people say they came home on Friday and found a suspicious vehicle parked near their mailbox, then watched two men walk out of their home and get into a waiting Mustang and leave, a news release says.

The investigating deputy said he noticed the same car near the same area on Saturday.

A report says that witness information, physical evidence at the scene, location of the car and statements reportedly made by both suspects led to the arrests.

Ferrel and Avea were arrested for second-degree burglary, and Ferrel was also taken in on an obstruction complaint after he lied about his identity, deputies say.

Mandy Majkowski, 21, of Wagoner, reportedly was in the vehicle at the time it was located, and she was arrested on an outstanding warrant for felony robbery.
