Authorities Looking For Missing Cleveland Man

The Pawnee County Sheriff’s Office and the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation are seeking the public’s help in finding a Cleveland man who has been missing since July 22, 2014.

The Pawnee County Sheriff’s Office and the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation are seeking the public’s help in finding a Cleveland man who has been missing since July 22, 2014.

In a news release, authorities say Richard Horn, 42, suffers from poor health and is in need of medication.

Horn is 5’7", 128 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.

If anyone knows where Horn is, they are asked to contact the Pawnee County Sheriff’s Office at 918-762-2565 or the OSBI at 800-522-8017.
