Cause Of Creek County Grass Fire Under Investigation

Creek County fire officials are investigating what started an overnight brush fire near Kiefer. 

Kiefer and Glenpool Fire Departments responded to the fire just off 33rd West Avenue, south of 151st Street South at about 11:30 p.m. Sunday. 

Authorities say it threatened a nearby tank battery but did not damage it. They say the area has reportedly seen vandalism recently. 

No one was hurt.
