Joe Mixon reactivated his Twitter account on Monday and broke his long silence on the social media site with his first tweet since July 24 coming on Tuesday afternoon.

From his account @Joe_MainMixon: “Comeback Season In The Work But Now I'm Thinking Bigger.”

That tweet, which is a line from the Drake song “0 to 100,” came a day after Mixon received a one-year banishment from Sooner football on the heels of his arraignment on a misdemeanor stemming from his highly-publicized altercation with a female OU student at a Norman restaurant on July 25.

The message was retweeted nearly 250 times and favorite 340 times in the first two hours.
