It's the second week of the high school football season and we've got a lot of great games to look forward to. The highlight of the week is the Backyard Bowl between Jenks and Union. The Redskins are coming in off a tight loss to Southlake Carroll last week while Jenks steamrolled past Bixby.

There are other great nondistrict games across the state as well besides Jenks-Union. We'll bring you highlights from plenty of those on the Friday Football Blitz.

Like we mention every year, we could use your help gathering scores from across the state each week. Keeping track of every score in the state is no easy task, and no one in the state has an up-to-date scoreboard each week like we do. That's because of loyal viewers like you. Here are all the ways you can help us gather scores this year.
