1 (6oz) package Feta Cheese Crumbles


¼ cup fresh lemon juice


¾ teaspoon ground black pepper


½ teaspoon sugar


¼ teaspoon fine sea salt


½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil


¾ cup fresh dill


1/3 cup lightly packed fresh oregano leaves


Combine feta, lemon juice, 7 tablespoons water, pepper, sugar, and salt in a food processor and pulsa until mixed. Drizzle in oil with motor running. Add dill and oregano and pulse until smooth.


Yield: 1.5 cups
