Tulsa Police arrested a man after a 14-year-old female accused him of rape.

According to police the girl said that on October 4th a man carried her into a bedroom, locked the door, forced her on the mattress and raped her.

The report says the 14 year old required medical treatment after the assault.

Thursday, according to the report, officers said they made contact with the suspect after the girl identified him from a photograph.

Officers said the man identified himself as Omar Bonilla.

The reports said the man initially denied knowing the victim, but eventually admitted to going into a room with the girl after she told him to “stop.”

Officers said they arrested the man after he told them he was moving from the apartment, couldn't give an address and that he wanted to return to Honduras.

The report says at booking, ICE confirmed the man had lied about his identity; the man then admitted to being Selvin Omar Gutierrez-Gomez.

Jail records show he's being held on two complaints of first degree rape and false impersonation. He's being held on a 102,000 bond.
