Athletes Hit The Pavement For Annual Tulsa Run

The annual Tulsa Run chartered a new course that took runners deeper into midtown. It also raised money for the Tulsa Boys Home.

The annual Tulsa Run took place Saturday. The event has been held every year since 1978 and draws about 10,000 people from across the country.

A charitable event, the Run benefited the Tulsa Boys Home to the tune of $25,000.

A new course this year took runners deeper into midtown.

Officials say if you parked near the Tulsa Run's finish line on Boston between 4th and 5th, your vehicle will be towed.

Your vehicle will also be towed if you parked near the finish line of the Tulsa Run on Boulder between 5th and 6th Streets. If you park your vehicle anywhere along the race course on Saturday, your vehicle will be towed.
