Owasso Man Arrested For Stalking Rape Victim

An Owasso man is in the Tulsa County jail after his arrest for stalking a Rogers County victim he was convicted of raping in 2011. 

Garrett Moore, 31, was arrested late Tuesday by Tulsa Police on an outstanding stalking warrant. 

Oklahoma Department of Corrections records show Moore had been released from prison in November 2013.  Police said had allegedly started texting and threatening the victim and court records showed the victim had gotten a protective order against Moore this week. 

According to jail records Garrett Moore is being held in lieu of a $50,000 bond with a court appearance set for November 26, 2014.
