Holiday travelers took to the air on Christmas at the Tulsa International Airport. Clear skies across much of the country resulted in few flight delays.
Most travelers seemed to have home on their minds. "It's kind of weird not being home," said Christmas day traveler Rachel Alderton. Adam Alderton, who was with Rachel also said it was nice trying to get home without so many people at the airport.
AAA says more than 89 million Americans are hitting the road this holiday season instead of flying, because of cheaper gas prices.
