Two men were wounded when a gunman opened fire outside a midtown Tulsa club.

Men Shot Outside Midtown Tulsa Nightclub

Two men were hospitalized after being shot outside a midtown Tulsa nightclub. It happened around 1:30 Friday morning in the parking lot of the Undercurrent club near 41st and Memorial.

Police officers were in the area and heard several gun shots. When they arrived at the club, people standing outside told officers they hadn't heard anything.

A short time later, a security guard called police saying a man had been shot twice in the leg. Police believe the gunman was standing near the building and shot into cars in the parking lot.

They found around 10 shell casings on the ground.

Then, around 3:30 a.m., officers learned of a second man who had also been wounded in the shooting.

The victims did not provide any information about who may have shot them or why, police say. Both men are expected to survive.
