Man Arrested For Lewd Acts On Child In Rogers County

Thursday, the Rogers County Sheriff's Office arrested a man accused of inappropriately touching a 13-year-old girl.

According to reports, Justin Ray Hager, 28, is accused of touching the young girl inappropriately even after she told him to stop.

Records show Hager was arrested January 1 for lewd acts on a child under 16 and is now free on bond.
