Construction Continues On Tulsa's Gathering Place

Tulsa's Gathering Place is starting to take shape as crews make progress on the first phase of construction.

Drivers on Riverside might notice a little bit of a difference as the Sundance Apartments are completely down and demolished to below grade, where crews are cleaning up the parking lot.

Demolition has begun on the Legacy Apartments, as well as light construction on 33rd Street.

Crews expect two areas to be completely demolished by mid-February to early March; they will be staging areas for all the equipment it's going to take to finish phase one on the Blair property.

Crews have yet to put in the pond and the children's park on the old Blair property.
