Its very cold across eastern Oklahoma Monday morning. News On 6 meteorologist Alan Crone says temperatures are in the teens across the region and combined with north winds, the wind chill is in the single digits from Kansas state line to southeastern Oklahoma.
Crone says a cold front pushed into Oklahoma Sunday bringing with it bone chilling temps.
The front has pushed on eastward and has impacted the upper Midwest with storm warnings and significant snow totals as it continues to push east.
Crone says temperatures in eastern Oklahoma will make it in the mid 30s Monday, but come Tuesday we will see temperatures climb back into the 50s across the state.
Looking ahead to Wednesday, Crone says another storm system will push out of the southwest into Oklahoma.
