A propane truck has flipped on Highway 20 off Old Prue Road in Osage County, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol said.

OHP said a truck and trailer with a horse inside lost control at the corner, which caused the crash/rollover of the propane truck.

Many people who witnessed the aftermath of the incident believe that weather played a major factor. "[The weather is] bad...and that's probably, no doubt, what contributed to it," said Osage County resident Steve Matheny.

The truck was loaded with propane, but the troopers said it is safe and in no danger of exploding at this time.

The driver of the propane truck was taken by ambulance to an area hospital with minor injuries and is expected to be OK, a trooper on the scene said.

Troopers said the horse was not hurt, just a little spooked.
