News On 6 anchors LeAnne Taylor and Craig Day shared a love of reading and Dr. Seuss with elementary school kids.

Craig Day got the chance to read to Pre-K children at Catalayah Elementary Monday as part of Read Across America.

Craig read the Dr. Seuss book "Did I Ever Tell You How Lucky You Are?" He said he'd never read it before, and it was a real tongue twister.

"Thanks to Mrs. Cole and the students for a great morning," he said.

Six in the Morning anchor LeAnne Taylor read to students at Town and Country School. She and the kids took part in the event to celebrate Dr. Seuss' birthday.

He would have been 111, and many schools invited grown-up readers into their classrooms to share the love of books.
