3.0 Magnitude Earthquake Recorded Near Luther

A 3.0 magnitude earthquake was recorded near Luther, Oklahoma, Saturday morning.

According to the U.S. Geological Survey, this earthquake was recorded at 6:15 a.m. Its epicenter was located two miles west, southwest of Luther and 10 miles north of Choctaw.

It was about three miles deep.

No injuries or damage were immediately reported.
