Police arrested a Tulsa teen they said robbed the Pizza Hut at 49th and Peoria Wednesday evening.

Officers said employees of the restaurant identified Romello West, 19, as the man who robbed them just after 9:30 p.m. They said he was wearing a ski mask and used a hang gun to demand money.

After getting the cash West ran east away from the restaurant, police said. Police searched the neighborhood and a short time later an officer spotted him in the 5000 block of South Trenton.

They took Romello West to the Tulsa County jail and booked him on a complaint of armed robbery. Jail records show he is being held on a $50,00 bond with a court appearance set for March 18.

Police said no one in the restaurant was injured in the robbery.
