TULSA, Oklahoma - The National Weather Service has issued a Red Flag Warning for Monday from noon until 7 p.m. for Osage and Pawnee counties.

News On 6 meteorologist Alan Crone says highs Monday forecast near 80, southwest winds of 15-20 mph with gusts at around 30 mph and low humidities will create conditions favorable for any grass or brush fires to spread rapidly.

Crone says Monday's warmth will give way to a cold front Tuesday morning and the possibility of rain across eastern Oklahoma on Wednesday.

High on Tuesday is forecast near 64 and Wednesday's high could be near 50.
