OU Basketball: Hield To Announce NBA Decision On Friday

Oklahoma men's basketball player Buddy Hield will announce his decision on whether or not to enter the NBA Draft at a press conference at 10:30 a.m. Friday morning.

The junior is projected by most mock drafts to be selected in the mid-second round of June's NBA Draft. Hield has been weighing the options since the Sooners lost to Michigan State in the Sweet 16 back in March. Hield averaged 17.4 points per game this past season and shot 36 percent from 3-point range.

The Sooners would return all but two players, including four starters, if Hield was to return for his senior season. With Hield returning, the Sooners would be a Big 12 title contender once again in 2015-16.
