A 25-year-old man has been transported to a Tulsa hospital after being found in the Woodland Hills Mall parking lot with gunshot wounds to his neck.

Man Found Shot In Woodland Hills Mall Parking Lot

A 25-year-old man has been transported to a Tulsa hospital after being found in the Woodland Hills Mall parking lot with gunshot wounds to his neck.

Detectives say the victim is uncooperative in the investigation, which leads them to believe it was not a random act. At no point were any other shoppers apparently in danger, a police officer said.

Police said they were notified after another shopper noticed a window of a parked car had been smashed and a person inside was bleeding.

When police arrived, they found two small children in the car with the gunshot victim.

The bullet grazed the man's neck, police said, and then hit a neighboring car that was unoccupied. The cars were parked near Dillard's department store.
