Procession Brings Officer's Body Home To Sapulpa

The body of a Sapulpa Police officer killed in Midwest City over the weekend was returned home Tuesday.

The body of a Sapulpa Police officer killed in Midwest City over the weekend was returned home Tuesday.  

A hearse carrying Lt. Trey Pritchard's body left the state Medical Examiner's Office in Oklahoma City at about 12:30 p.m.  

Dozens of law enforcement officers escorted the hearse in a procession up the Turner Turnpike to Sapulpa. An honor guard met the hearse at a Sapulpa funeral home at about 2 p.m,

Johnny Grafton is accused of killing Pritchard and Grafton's father, Jeff Grafton, when they went to a Midwest City motel to retrieve a stolen pickup Saturday evening. Midwest City Police said both men were found shot to death. Pritchard and Jeff Grafton were cousins.

Police arrested Johnny Grafton, 22, and his girlfriend, Daphne Mason, 21, in Enid on Monday.
