Arkansas Man Killed In Delaware County Hunting Accident

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is assisting the Delaware County Sheriff's Office with an investigation into a fatal hunting accident over the weekend.

The OSBI says several men were hunting about 10 miles west of West Siloam Springs Saturday afternoon when one shot and killed another.

Donald Upton, 28 of Siloam Springs, Arkansas was pronounced dead at an Arkansas hospital.

The Oklahoma Medical Examiner's Office is scheduled to perform an autopsy.
