Tulsa Club Building Sold To Ross Group

One of the oldest buildings in downtown Tulsa has a new owner, after sitting empty for two decades.

The Historic Tulsa Club, built in 1927 and designed by Bruce Goff, was sold to Tulsa-based Ross Group for $1.5 million.

Ross Group said the possibility of revitalizing the building only came thanks to the state Historic Tax Credit program that matches federal funds.

As for details on what Ross Group plans to do, they are tight lipped for now.
